Accounts Payable Assistant (CY)

We are looking to strengthen our accounting team in Cyprus with the recruitment of an Accounts Payable Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous A/P experience and is looking for a position in the fashion industry.

Responsibilities:

Reconcile and verify vendor documents

Process invoices and maintain records

Investigate discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices

Monitor payment terms

Set up and maintain supplier details

Ad hoc reports and duties

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role

Knowledge or experience of fashion will be considered a plus

An eye for detail

Excellent communication skills

Great organisational and analytical skills
