We’re following official guidelines to protect our babes and our team. 

We are shipping orders daily! Due to Covid-19, we’ve seen an increase in people shopping online. As a result, estimated delivery times for some items may be longer than usual at the moment. We’re working closely with our carriers to ensure all your packages arrive as fast as possible. 

We curate a unique selection of brands and products and many of our partners are emerging brands who had to shut down their operations. As you can imagine, this is having a big impact on them. We are working with these brands to help them in any way we can during this period.

Are you still shipping orders?

Yaaas, we are shipping both domestic and international orders. If for any reason, we cannot ship to your location, you will be informed during checkout.

How will I know if my order is delayed?

We are in constant communication with our shipping providers to make sure they are staying safe while fulfilling your orders.

We use a distributed inventory model, which means that orders ship from different warehouses. Currently, there are some delays on international orders and with a few products that ship from certain locations, but all our carriers have confirmed that orders are still being delivered.

As soon as your order is fulfilled we will drop you an email with tracking deets that contain the most up to date info.

For additional info, we suggest that you check both the carrier’s website that and keep an eye on your local news for updates.

In the event your order will be delayed, our team will reach out and let you know asap.

Will you extend your return policy?

Of course bb, for all orders placed after March 14 we’re extending our return policy from 30 to 60 days. All returns for US based customers are still Free!

What happens if my order is delayed?

We will let you know by email if we believe that you order is going to be delayed. You can cancel your order and get a full refund. Refunds are processed within 48 hours.
